Overview

This policy explains what information Romanage collects, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it. We may update this policy occasionally; material changes will be communicated to users.

Information we collect

Device type: whether you access the site from a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
IP address: your network IP address for security, abuse prevention, and location-based features.
Device identifier: a generated identifier (device id) that helps recognize a device and prevent fraud. This identifier is created by our server and associated with your account or session.
Authentication & third-party data: when you sign in via third parties (for example Roblox) we may receive data needed to verify group ownership or roles (owner/manager/staff) and to complete authentication.

Third-party services

We use third-party services to process payments and verify identity/ownership:

Children and age

Romanage is intended for users aged 13 and older. If we discover an account belonging to a user under 13, that account and related access (including our Discord server) will be removed or banned.

User rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, request deletion, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights contact the site administrator. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

How we use and store data

We store collected data on our servers to provide and improve the service, detect abuse, and process payments. We do not sell your personal data. Where data is sent to third parties (for example Stripe or Roblox) it is for the limited purposes described above.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data stored on our servers and to secure network communications. No system can be guaranteed fully secure; however we follow standard security practices and will notify users if we become aware of a data breach where required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify users by email or by posting notice on the site.
